- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian seasoned)
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil (for sauce)
- 15 oz canned crushed tomatoes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs about one inch in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While baking, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add crushed tomatoes with salt and pepper; simmer for about 10 minutes.
