  • 1 cup dried cranberries

  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 2 celery stalks (chopped)
  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Sauté the onion and celery until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine stale bread cubes, cranberries, and pecans. Add the sautéed vegetables.
  4. Pour in the broth and stir in the herbs until well combined.
