  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk and 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning for at least 1 hour or overnight.
