  • 2 lbs bone-in chicken pieces (thighs and drumsticks)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust for heat)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, garam masala, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, ginger, and garlic. Add chicken pieces and coat well. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
