It’s the perfect meal for special occasions or cozy dinners at home, offering a delicious balance of flavors and textures that will leave everyone asking for more.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz medium shell pasta
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (divided)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping the steak and mincing the garlic. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then sear them for about 4-5 minutes until browned but still tender. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add 1 tablespoon of butter to the skillet. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Pour in heavy cream while stirring continuously.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning to the skillet, stirring until melted and combined into a creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning as necessary.
  5. Toss the cooked shell pasta and seared steak bites in the sauce until well coated. Serve immediately.
