Description

Delight your senses with Irresistible Rosemary Garlic Dinner Rolls, a perfect blend of warmth and flavor. Each roll boasts a golden-brown crust encasing a soft, fluffy interior infused with roasted garlic and fragrant rosemary. Ideal for holiday feasts or cozy family dinners, these rolls elevate any meal into a memorable occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 ½ cups warm water (110°F / 43°C)
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 3 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 4 cloves garlic (roasted)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix warm water and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for about 5 minutes until frothy. Stir in melted butter, salt, rosemary, and roasted garlic.
  2. Mix in Flour: Gradually add flour one cup at a time until a soft dough forms that pulls away from the bowl’s sides. You may need more or less flour based on humidity.
  3. Knead the Dough: Transfer to a floured surface and knead for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Shape into a ball and place in a greased bowl; cover with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel.
  4. Let It Rise: Allow dough to rise in a warm area for about one hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Shape and Second Rise: Punch down the dough gently to release air bubbles, divide into equal portions, shape into balls, and place on a greased baking sheet with space between them. Cover again and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  6. Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown on top.
