  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cocoa powder, eggs (one at a time), and vanilla extract. Mix well before adding flour and baking powder; stir until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Spread the pumpkin mixture on top and dollop the remaining brownie batter over it. Swirl gently with a knife.
