  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) thawed puff pastry sheets
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted; let cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach with feta cheese and lemon juice.
  4. Roll out puff pastry to about 1/8-inch thickness; cut into squares or circles.
