  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (full-fat preferred)
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the Greek yogurt, basil, parsley, chives, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
