  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms (about 150g)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240ml)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (30ml)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly, drain, and set aside. Clean and slice the mushrooms evenly. Mince the garlic and chop the onion.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sauté onions until translucent (3-4 minutes), then add garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  3. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  4. Add spinach to the skillet; gently stir until wilted (2-3 minutes).
  5. Pour in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about five minutes until slightly thickened.
