Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Mix in honey or maple syrup and melted coconut oil until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine rolled oats, dried cranberries, cinnamon, and salt. Stir to mix thoroughly.
- Combine the wet and dry mixtures, then pour into the prepared baking dish and press down evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top.
- Allow to cool completely before lifting out of the pan using parchment paper overhang; cut into squares and serve.
