  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, heavy cream, garlic powder, and half of the Parmesan cheese until smooth.
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over it. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
  4. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
